The following agreements have been adopted to establish a new statutory and regulatory framework for the Association:

The clubs have ratified the fourth collective agreement recently agreed with the Players Union (ABP) and applicable July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2022

The Assembly has agreed the approval of new social statutes of the Association, renewed and modernized to adapt to the current needs of the organization.

The clubs have also approved the internal rules and regulations of competitions that will govern the Association in the 2019-20 season.

Likewise, the classification criteria of the Supercopa Endesa have been updated for the edition of Madrid 2019, including the condition of the host team of a team of the Community of Madrid.

Finally, the President of the ACB has shown his concern for the calendar of the 2019-20 season after the unexpected decision of the Euroleague to delay a week the 2020 Final Four, which alters the space foreseen for the Playoff of the national competitions. To this end, the clubs have reinforced the convenience and their support to have future meetings with the governing bodies of Euroleague and FIBA ??in order to study solutions to the issue of an increasingly complicated schedule for the normal development of the ACB competitions.
