Three weeks after former ACB President Francisco Roca left office as he had announced in August, the Spanish clubs met in Madrid for an Assembly. The clubs have appointed a Delegate Commission composed of Fuenlabrada, Unicaja Malaga, Andorra, Bilbao Basket, CB Gran Canaria, CDB Sevilla, FC Barcelona, Gipuzkoa Basket and UCAM Murcia. These nine clubs will be in office until June 30, when the other nine teams in the League will take over until December 31. Among other organizational functions, the Delegate Commission will study the budget for the 2017-18 season, which will be submitted for approval at upcoming Assemblies.

Meanwhile, clubs have approved the economic accounts for the 2016-17 season.
